In this episode of 2020 The BLUR, we looked at Agency and Personal Sovereignty from several angles as it pertains to personal health decisions, along side the persistence of fear as covid becomes ‘normalized’ and predictions of another pandemic looms in our psyches.

We Don’t Have Answers, but We do Have Questions.
Not shy about asking potentially controversial questions, we pondered with curiosity:
How is fear being perpetuated?
Why are more people wearing masks again?
Is there a correlation between those being impacted by ‘breakthrough’ covid and multiple boosters?
Will the public tolerate another lock down?
How belief in and intolerance for illness, and our need for ‘answers,’ might be fueled by an underlying belief that we can control life.
How can we learn from the past to modulate and modify our reactions and responses?
Distinguishing between ‘sensible’ fear and unnecessary fear.
We haven’t had enough time yet to have a healthy perspective on what we’ve moved through.
Nor have we seen accountability for injury.
We forget that we’ve lived through other pandemics, for example the Mediterranean and Swine Flus. What’s different?
What is your experience and perspective now that we have a couple of years in the rearview mirror? Have you asked yourself similar questions?
